The Harmony Card Essentials 
 

• As soon as your Harmony Card arrives you can begin wearing it! For the very best results, you would need to wear your card every day for 30 days!
   

• Your card is programmed with energy formulas that have each been individually bespoke created for your enjoyment.
   

• Ensure that the card is strip side facing your body and is worn for a minimum of 8 hours a day for 30 consecutive days. Very occasionally a very sensitive client has reported needing to increase their daily usage more slowly, if you have never received energetic healing of any kind, please introduce the card and build up to 8 hours a day by honouring your body. This is however highly unusual. Most clients report forgetting to remove the card at 8 hours and find themselves enjoying slightly longer energetic treatment.
   

• Your Harmony Card has a magnetic strip encoded onto the card, therefore please respect it and do not place it on top of or next to any electrical devices, speakers, laptops, tv's, microwaves or mobile phones. We highly suggest when your card is not in use keeping it inside your card pouch so that it is kept safe from accidental damage.
   

• IMPORTANT: Whilst wearing your Harmony Card for 30 days you are advised to consume a minimum of 6-8 glasses of water per day.  Whilst the card defuses the energetic bio-field your physical body requires extra water to eliminate any stored thoughts, feelings and emotions detoxified from by the body. Drinking Plenty of water will allow the transformation process to happen with greater ease for you and your body! Remember, be responsible and please increase your water intake!

 

• If you already consume 6-8 glasses daily then please increase your water intake to allow for the detoxification occurring.
